Your base Belly Bundle package includes:

• Initial meeting at a neutral meeting location or over the phone; call or FaceTime to decide if we are a match. - If you decide to move forward and hire me as your doula, a signed contract and retainer fee are required before our first prenatal meeting.

• Two personalized prenatal visits to discuss your birth plan, preferences, and any concerns.(1-2 hours each, at your home or neutral location.)

• Additional meeting if any major changes.

• Unlimited phone and email support leading up to and 4- weeks after birth.

• Birthing support begins when you wish for me to join you until 1 hour postpartum. 

• Advocacy to help communicate your birth plan and preferences to medical staff.

• One postpartum visit ( 1-3 hours at your home)

• Guidance on newborn care and postpartum recovery.

• * Feel free to view add-ons to see if any other services accommodate you and your experience.

• With the "From Belly to Bundle" package, you'll have a dedicated and compassionate doula by your side, ensuring you feel supported, informed, and empowered from pregnancy through to welcoming your new bundle of joy.

• ALL SERVICES MUST BE COMPLETELY PAID FOR BEFORE SERVICES ARE RENDERED.
